This notice explains how Always Faithful Insurance Agency ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you ask us for an insurance quote, buy or service a policy through us, use our forms, or visit semperfiservicesolutions.com. It covers the insurance agency only. The Semper Fi Home Inspection app has its own policy at semperfiservicesolutions.com/privacypolicy.

Our commitments in plain terms
- We use your information only to quote, place, service and renew your insurance, and to meet our legal and licensing obligations.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone's advertising or marketing.
- We share it with insurance companies and the others listed below only as needed to get you coverage or service your policy.
Information we collect
From you, on applications, forms, emails, calls and our website:
- Names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and dates of birth of the applicant and household members or drivers.
- Driver's license numbers, license state, driving history, vehicles and VINs.
- Property details: addresses, construction, roof, updates, occupancy, safety features and prior losses.
- Business details: business name, entity type, FEIN, Social Security number for sole proprietors, payroll, revenue, employees, operations, contracts, licenses and subcontractors.
- Current and prior insurance, policy numbers, coverage and claims history.
- Information needed to bind or bill a policy, which we collect directly and only when needed.
From others, when needed to quote or underwrite, and as allowed by law: insurance companies and their underwriters, motor vehicle reports, claims and loss history databases, credit-based insurance scores where state law permits, prior insurers (loss runs you authorize), licensing boards and public records. Insurance companies may also order an inspection or investigative report; you may ask to be interviewed for it and to receive a copy where the law allows.
On our website: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability. If you use the chat assistant or the accessibility tool, those services receive what you type or select there.
How we use it
- To quote, compare, apply for, place, renew and service insurance and bonds you request.
- To issue certificates of insurance and endorsements you ask for.
- To answer your questions and help with claims.
- To meet legal, regulatory, licensing and recordkeeping requirements, and to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
- Insurance companies, surety companies, wholesale brokers and managing general agents we submit your application to.
- Premium finance companies, if you choose to finance a premium.
- Service providers that help us run the agency, such as our email provider (Google Workspace), website host (Cloudflare) and email delivery service (Resend), under confidentiality obligations.
- Insurance regulators, law enforcement or others when the law requires it, or to detect and prevent fraud.
- Anyone else you direct us to, such as a certificate holder, lender, landlord or general contractor.
We do not otherwise disclose your personal information without your authorization, except as permitted by law, including California Insurance Code sections 791.13 and 791.14.
Sending us forms
Our applications ask for confidential information such as driver's license numbers, FEIN and, for sole proprietors, a Social Security number. Send completed forms only to support@semperfiservicesolutions.com, or use the upload box on our forms pages. Forms uploaded through our website travel over an encrypted connection and are delivered by email to our agency inbox. They are not stored on the website.
How we protect it and how long we keep it
We limit access to people who need it to serve you, use account security such as two-step verification, and keep records only as long as needed to serve your policy and meet legal and licensing record-retention requirements, then delete or destroy them securely.
Your rights
- See and correct your information. Under the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act you may ask what recorded personal information we hold about you, how it was obtained and to whom it was disclosed, and ask us to correct, amend or delete information you believe is inaccurate. Send a written request to the email above. We respond within the time the law requires.
- Know why you were turned down. If an insurance company declines, cancels or limits coverage, you may ask for the specific reasons in writing.
- California consumer privacy rights. Information covered by insurance privacy laws is handled under those laws. For other personal information, such as website data, California residents may ask to know, delete or correct it, and will not be treated differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Other states. Residents of other states where we are licensed have the rights their state's insurance privacy law provides. Contact us and we will help.
