- Personal auto insurance: every driver and vehicle in the household, including teen drivers, tickets and lapses.

Oregon auto insurance requirements
25/50/20 (bodily injury per person / per crash / property damage); no change 2023-2026. Personal Injury Protection of $15,000 per person and uninsured motorist coverage of 25/50 are both mandatory.
State minimums are a legal floor, not a recommendation. One serious accident can exceed them, so we quote higher limits side by side.
Workers' compensation in Oregon
Oregon employers with one or more workers must carry workers' compensation, subject to about 30 statutory exemptions in ORS 656.027; there is no separate higher threshold for contractors.

Contractors in Oregon
Contractors are licensed statewide by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB). Bonds rose $5,000 per endorsement effective January 1, 2024: $25,000 for a residential general contractor, $20,000 residential specialty, and $80,000 / $55,000 for commercial general / specialty Level 1.
We write general liability, workers' comp, commercial auto and equipment coverage, issue certificates and additional insured endorsements, and place license and contract bonds. Start with the Contractor General Liability Supplemental.
