Delete Your Semper Fi Home Inspections Account
App: Semper Fi Home Inspections (com.semperfihomeinspection.app)
OPTION 1 - DELETE IT YOURSELF, IN THE APP (IMMEDIATE)
1. Open Semper Fi Home Inspections and sign in.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the home screen.
3. Tap "Delete My Account."
4. Confirm, then type DELETE when prompted.
Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
OPTION 2 - REQUEST DELETION BY EMAIL
Email semperfiowner@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete My Account." Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of the request.
WHAT GETS DELETED
Your account and login credentials, your name and email address, and every inspection you have created - including all rooms, findings, notes, and photographs. Photographs are removed from our image storage provider as well as from our database. Your company logo, if uploaded, is also deleted.
WHAT IS KEPT, AND FOR HOW LONG
Nothing is retained after deletion.
Separately, if your subscription lapses without you deleting your account, your data is retained for 60 days so you can resume where you left off. After 60 days without an active subscription, all inspections, findings, and photographs are permanently deleted automatically.
Billing records held by Google Play are governed by Google's own policies and are not under our control.
